“Jonathan and his team at Weatherby Projects completed a basement to studio apartment conversion for us. Although this seems like a simple task, add into the mix it was below a 1903 villa and the fact it was going through council as a minor dwelling compounded the project and provided many a headache and hurdle along the way. Jonathan was quick to react to the numerous and often contradicting council requests and I’m sure even though at times wound up, never let it show.

We have done a few renovations on our property since buying it and I can say that the team at Weatherby Projects are by far the cleanest and tidiest builders we have had. This makes such a difference when we are living onsite. The project was fix price quoted and that is what we paid. I would have no hesitation recommending Weatherby Projects to anyone for their building projects and we are already taking to Jonathan about a couple of projects we have coming up.”
